There are so many interesting people in the watch community that would bring very different perspectives to a night of drinks and good food. It is very difficult to identify just five individuals to have a drink with because of the vast depth of knowledge and experiences that almost everyone in the watch community has. If I was to pick just five they would be:

Mirko Salvetti - Mirko is a pioneer of watches on Instagram and owns his own watch company called Watch M Diamond. He would bring a very interesting perspective on social media and watches as well as retail experience.

Ben Clymer - Ben is obviously an individual that really jump-started the entire watch collecting community when he founded Hodinkee. If not to simply learn something new from him, I would love to buy him a drink to express my gratitude.

Max Busser - Being that MB&F is my favourite watch company, Max, the founder, is an obvious choice. It would be amazing to hear about his inspiration for some of the worlds coolest watch designs.

Auro Montanari - Also known as John Goldberger, Auro contributed to my love for vintage watches and his aesthetics when it comes to collecting is something I look up to. As an author and scholar of watches, he would have such a vast knowledge base of information that would be so interesting to learn about.

Aurel Bacs - Aurel has been involved in the watch auction environment and taken part of the sale of so many iconic watches. He would know about what true quality and rarity means and would probably have so many interesting stories to share.
