5 Best Lots of Phillips Geneva Watch Auction: Nine - AP, Rolex, JLC, Patek Philippe
On May 11-12, 2019, Phillips held their ninth Geneva Watch Auction. This year there were some amazing pieces that were auctioned off to very lucky owners. There was everything from Submariners, Daytona’s, some very cool modern pieces from independent like MB&F to Audemars Piguet. Obviously the biggest watches were lots 32 and 34 which were two incredible pieces from George Daniels - the Grand Complication and the Co-Axial Anniversary Wristwatch. There were some amazing results like a Steel Rolex Daytona selling for more than a gold Daytona (the Paul Newman dial might have had something to do with it!).
