April Fools Day was embarrassed by so many watch companies this year. Many brands and companies involved in the industry had some fun and reminded us to not take ourselves too seriously. H Moser got in on the action in collaboration with seconde/seconde/ and released an image of a watch with a pixelated eraser on the dial of the watch. The cool thing is, this is 100% a real watch!

The watch is a 40mm stainless steal watch with a very H Moser blue fumé dial. The dial is extremely simple with no hour markers, just a minutes and seconds hand, and then a pixelated eraser that is the hour hand! It definitely catches your eye and is completely against the classical watchmaking aesthetics that we typically see in these types of watch. But it is totally something that H Moser would do. A lot of people in Instagram thought that this watch was just an April Fools Day joke, but these are indeed out there. The watch was produced in a limited edition of 20 pieces. It is a reminder to the watch world to not take oneself too seriously and to go against the grain every once in a while.
