The Story with Watch Condition - Untouched or Worn?

The ideal watch condition is something that can confuse many collectors. Is it important to have a watch collection that is comprised of untouched, like new, or New Old Stock condition watches? Or should one have a collection filled with watches that show their age, and have some character to their cases, dials and bracelets? At the end of the day, this is a very personal question and can take months, if not years of collecting for one to really understand what their preferences is.
