Ep. 67 - Does the Watch Enthusiast Only Care About How Much Their Watch Cost?

Today I give some thoughts on why people buy and get into watches. There is so much focus on how much someone’s watch costs, sometimes less importance is put on the generations of watchmaking that went into the creation of such watch. Do people only care about buying the watch that tells everyone where they lie in the social standings of today? Or have they taken the time to research and understand all that came before that watch?
