THE LIFE OF THE WATCH

The Omega Speedmaster is an iconic watch that has had so much influence in the history of horology. The most iconic story of the Speedmaster is that it assists with NASA's space exploration.

This Speedmaster, however, assisted the owner in a different way. His daughter was an avid swimmer, and he used it to time her races to keep track of her times. Complication: Hours, minutes and date, chronograph. All working. The chronograph pushers are sticky.

Year: 1998

Condition: The case is in great condition with very few scratches. The lugs are sharp and look like minimal, if any, polishing has been done. The watch comes on an Omega bracelet that is in used condition with minimal stretching to it. The crystal has some minor scratches, but nothing that distorts the reading of the dial.
